Ergara was founded by Vaibhav Aggarwal and is based in Chandigarh, India. We work with businesses remotely.
We start by learning how your operation actually runs, then build the smallest system that takes the work off your team.
The person who maps your workflow is the person who builds the system. No account manager, and nothing passed to a team that never spoke to you.
Prior experience
Before Ergara
Prior professional experience. Vaibhav Aggarwal built these systems as an employee at Koenig Solutions, who own them. This is not Ergara client work.
- A generation pipeline produced 350,000+ technical questions across 1,500+ courses, with consistency checks.
- An internal tool indexed 8,000+ courses and their materials, so support could pull accurate answers instead of digging through documents by hand.
- A pipeline searched, enriched and segmented 5,000+ prospects by title, seniority, location, company size and industry, with outreach written for each account and replies classified.
- An AI sales-coordination engine assigned leads and trainers, proposed call slots across time zones, managed pricing and fed a live dashboard.
