We automate the work you shouldn't be doing.
We build custom systems that take repetitive work off your team — reporting, research, follow-ups, data entry — and keep them running every day, on their own.

The deal
Half up front. The rest only when it works.
We agree the scope and the number at the audit, before anything is built. Half is due to start; the balance only once the system has run correctly for fourteen days in a row. If we can't deliver what we scoped, the deposit comes back.
- Fixed before it startsThe audit sets the scope and the price. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices — if you add to the scope later, we price it and you agree it before anything is built.
- Fourteen days of proofThe balance falls due after two weeks of correct running, not on handover.
- Built in your accountsYour credentials, your database, your workspace. We never hold the keys.
- Documented for anyoneA runbook covering what runs when, what it touches, and how to stop it.
If you stop working with us tomorrow, nothing stops working — and any competent developer can pick it up from the documentation.
Fit
When this is worth doing — and when it isn't
- You are already running: real customers, real volume, a team feeling the load
- You can name the process that is breaking
- The work happens often enough that removing it changes someone's week
- Pre-launch and still deciding what the product is — automation is not your bottleneck yet
- The process changes every time it runs, so there is no pattern to build against
- You want someone to pick the tools and hand you a strategy deck
Questions
The things people actually ask
What happens if it breaks after handover?
Every workflow ships with error handling, retries and alerting, so we find out before you do. Anything that breaks in the first fourteen days we fix regardless — that is the acceptance window, and the balance is not due until it runs clean. After that, fixing breakage in what we built is covered for as long as the monthly is running, and is never billed as new work.
What if you become unavailable?
Everything runs in your accounts, on your credentials, with a written runbook. Nothing is hosted with us and nothing depends on a key only we hold. If we vanished, your systems would keep running and another developer could take over from the documentation.
We already have some automations in Zapier, Make or spreadsheets. Can you fix those?
Often yes, and it is usually cheaper than starting again. The audit will say plainly whether the existing setup is worth repairing or worth replacing.
Whose accounts and credentials does this run on?
Yours. We work inside your workspace and your API keys throughout. You can revoke our access at any point without anything stopping.
How is this priced?
A fixed build price agreed at the audit — half to start, half after fourteen days of correct running — then a monthly amount covering running it, monitoring it and maintaining it. The API and hosting run on your own accounts and bill to you directly; the audit tells you what that should cost before you commit. Priced on the outcome, never on hours. You have the number before anything is built.
Do we have to commit to the monthly?
No. You can take the build, the documentation and the credentials and run it yourself. The monthly exists because most clients would rather someone else watched it.
Who actually does the work?
The people who map your workflow are the people who deliver the system — there is no handover to a team that never spoke to you. We use AI tooling heavily for implementation, which is why this costs a fraction of an agency build and ships in weeks rather than quarters. What we are accountable for is that it works, that it is documented, and that it is yours.
Who builds it
We start by learning how your operation actually runs, then build the smallest system that takes the work off your team.
