How we handle data

We use Google Analytics to see which pages lead someone to book a call. It does not load at all until you press Accept on the banner. Decline and no analytics script is loaded and nothing is recorded.

If you accept, Google Analytics records the pages you view and the technical details it collects by default, such as approximate location and device type. We also record one event of our own when someone clicks a booking button: which page the click came from, and the campaign tag on the link that brought you to the site. We do not record your name, your email or anything you type.

Two small values are kept in your own browser: your accept-or-decline choice, so we do not ask again, and the campaign tag for the current visit, which is discarded when you close the tab.

Use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page. It clears your stored choice and asks again. Declining after you had accepted deletes the Google Analytics cookies from your browser — including the ones set for the whole of ergara.com, not just this exact address — and reloads the page, so collection actually stops rather than merely being switched off in our code.

The booking button opens a Google Calendar appointment page. That page belongs to Google, not to us — the name, email address and answers you enter go to Google and arrive in our Google Workspace calendar. Google's own terms cover that page.

Mail to vaibhav@ergara.com reaches a Google Workspace mailbox. We keep the correspondence so we can answer you and remember what was discussed.

The tools under /tools/ are separate applications served through this domain. Each carries its own analytics banner and asks separately.

What you type into a tool is sent to the third-party services that produce the result — a web search provider and an AI model provider. We keep a count of requests against your IP address so the daily limits can be enforced. There is no account, and results are not stored in a database.

We do not sell or share data with data brokers, we run no advertising, and we do not track you across other websites.
